reservations & walk-ins

do you accept reservations?

yes! we accept reservations for tables across both locations. walk-ins are always welcome, though weekends fill up quickly.

can I book for a large group?

we can accept online reservations of up to 12 at our restaurant, and up to 8 at our café. for larger groups, please email us at enquiries@longacafe.co.uk.
please note that we're unable to accommodate multiple bookings for the same group.

do you offer venue hire?

we can occasionally hire out our venues depending on the date, time, and event in mind. please email us at enquiries@longacafe.co.uk to discuss your requirements.

do you require deposits or pre-orders?

for groups over 6 we require a deposit when booking. just let us know on the day, and we will deduct this from your bill.
for evening groups over 10, we may require a pre-order.

menu & ingredients

do you cater for dietary requirements?

absolutely. many dishes on the menu can be made vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free. just let your server know about any allergies and we’ll guide you through the menu safely.
please note that we cannot cater for severe allergies due to a risk of cross-contamination.

is your meat halal?

yes - all meat served at both locations is halal.

do you serve alcohol?

yes we do. alcoholic drinks are available from 11am at our restaurant, and after 5pm on select evenings at the café.

do you have options for children?

yes, we have dishes that work well for younger guests and can adapt meals on request.

is your bread homemade?

absolutely! our bread, simit, and pastries are freshly made in the longa bakery every day.

on location

are you dog friendly?

yes. well-behaved dogs are always welcome at both sites. 

I've left something behind. what should I do?

get in touch with us as soon as you can. call the site you visited or drop us an email with the date and time of your visit. we’ll check our lost property and keep anything safe for you.

do you have a dress code?

no dress code. come as you are - comfortable, casual, or dressed up for an occasion. everyone’s welcome.

what times are you open?

opening hours vary slightly by location. you can find the most up-to-date times for each site on our locations page.

do you have wifi?

we don’t offer WiFi at either site. longa is designed to be a place to slow down, enjoy your food, and be present with the people you’re with.

do you have a prayer area?

we don’t have a dedicated prayer room. both sites are compact and stay busy throughout the day.

delivery & takeaway

do you offer takeaway food?

yes! almost every item on the menu can be wrapped up for you to take home. just let us know when ordering.

do you offer delivery?

our friends at deliveroo make it easy for you to order your favourite dishes straight to your door from either site, depending on your postcode.

can we take home leftovers?

absolutely! just let your server know, and they'll happily provide takeaway boxes for your leftovers.

can I buy longa products online?

we'll be launching our online shop soon! in the meantime, subscribe to our newsletter to stay up-to-date.

sites & locations

where are you located?

we have two sites - Park Place and Whitchurch Road.

is there parking available?

there is limited paid street parking available at both locations, with some public car parks located nearby. please check online to ensure an easy journey.

are the sites different?

they share the same heart and food philosophy, with different atmospheres and opening hours. Park Place is big and bright, and Whitchurch Road more cosy and intimate.

are you wheelchair accessible?

both longa sites have step-free entrances, and wheelchairs and prams can be accommodated. if you need any assistance when you arrive, our team will be right there to help.
